Saint-Germain-des-Prés, a neighborhood once at the heart of Paris’s artistic and cultural life. All around us, you’ll see historical buildings and landmarks that were once frequented by great thinkers, writers, and musicians.

From there, we’ll make our way across the Seine, from the Left Bank to the Right, via none other than the famous “Lovers’ Bridge”.

On the other side, we’ll pause to take in the stunning views offered by the 1st arrondissement, home to one of the most beautiful gardens in the world, a site listed as UNESCO World Heritage and created in honor of Queen Catherine de' Medici.

Our journey will then take us through time, from the Renaissance all the way back to Antiquity, as we explore Île de la Cité, the oldest part of Paris, once home to the Parisii, the Celtic tribe that gave this city its name.
