Dear fellow explorers,
This brings us to the end of our journey along the Seine.
From the modern lines of the Bibliothèque nationale de France to the quiet elegance of Île aux Cygnes, we’ve followed the river that has shaped Paris for over two thousand years. Along its banks, some of the city’s most iconic monuments revealed themselves, bridges, museums, cathedrals, and palaces, all reflected in the gentle flow of the water.
This route along the Seine is more than a simple walk or ride, it’s a voyage through the very heart of Paris. The river has witnessed royal processions, revolutions, artists at work, and everyday Parisian life unfolding along its quays. Step by step, it connects the past to the present, stone to water, history to movement.
Thank you for sharing this journey with me. I hope this tour has allowed you to experience Paris the way it was meant to be discovered, following the rhythm of the river, with curiosity and open eyes.
Until next time, keep exploring, keep wondering…
